INGREDIENTS
- boiled-frozen peeled shrimp – 300 g
- avocado – 1 pc.
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.
- mozzarella (small balls) – 10 pcs.
- a mixture of any salads – 75 g
- pink and green peppercorns – to taste
- extra virgin olive oil – 2-3 tbsp. l.
- salt – to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the salad ingredients. Place the frozen boiled shrimp in a colander and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes. You can also pour boiling water over the shellfish and keep them covered for a few minutes.
Step 2
Wash the avocado and cut it in half using a Japanese Damascus Chef Knife Set. Remove the bone. Clean the pulp and cut it into cubes or thin slices. Mix with 1 tbsp. l Lemon juice to prevent the avocado from browning.
Step 3
