You can stretch out up to twenty or 25 things by making more anchors. You can in like manner use this vital system components for a recipe or the arrangement of things or events in a particular solicitation. Record the anchors you make and number them and don’t change to number game plan. The more over the top and dull the anchor picture the easier it will be to recall.
